• Generate automated financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)

• Access encrypted financial data through a secure dashboard

FinanceGuard is provided free of charge to all users.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use FinanceGuard, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account
• Verify your identity using the OTP (One-Time Password) system
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining access to your registered email address
• The accuracy of financial data you input into the system
• Keeping your OTP codes confidential

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion:

• All your data will be permanently removed from our systems
• This action cannot be undone
• You will lose access to all reports, insights, and transaction history

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Conduct

When using FinanceGuard, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Data and Privacy

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times without interruption
• The service will be error-free or bug-free
• All features will function perfectly in all circumstances
• The service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Automated Features

7.1 Automated Reports

FinanceGuard automatically generates and sends reports via email:

• Daily reports at 11:00 PM (system time)
• Weekly reports every Monday at 9:00 AM
• Monthly reports on the 1st of each month at 10:00 AM
• Yearly reports on January 1st at 11:00 AM

Report delivery times may vary slightly due to system load and email delivery services.

7.2 AI Insights

AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial advice. You should consult with qualified financial advisors before making significant financial decisions.

8. Currency Conversion

FinanceGuard provides multi-currency support with automatic conversion using real-time exchange rates. Please note:

• Exchange rates are obtained from third-party APIs and may vary
• Conversion rates are approximate and may differ from bank rates
• We are not responsible for any financial loss due to currency fluctuations
• Historical transactions are converted using rates at the time of conversion, not original transaction dates

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FinanceGuard, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• User interface design
• Graphics, logos, and branding
• Text content and documentation

Are owned by VeriTrack Systems and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FinanceGuard is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriTrack Systems and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on AI insights
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you to use the service (which is $0)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeriTrack Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of FinanceGuard
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Third-Party Services

FinanceGuard may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., exchange rate APIs, email services). We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• Third-party privacy practices or terms of service
• Any damages or losses caused by third-party services

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
